Funky People will regularly send e-mail from one of two domains (FP Staff@FunkyPepleonline.com and Funky_People_Online@mail.vresp.com ) Subscribers to our site using corporate e-mail addresses as well as AOL, HOTMAIL and YAHOO accounts may experience undelivered mailings. Mail systems at most companies are designed to bounce or deny e-mail coming from unknown or suspicious senders. Popular e-mail providers such as AOL and HOTMAIL are also heavily restricted. YAHOO is the least problematic of the three for our system. In order to improve e-mail delivery from the Funky People website site, check your spam and junk mail folders. Then ensure that these mail filters are configured to receive mail from our system by adding one or both of the addresses above.

VEIWING PHOTO GALLERIES
You must have flash player installed on your computer to view the pictures in our photo gallery, events albums and page headers. You can download the latest version of flash player at www.adobe.com. Depending on your connection speed and the amount of photos that need to be cached, you may experience a brief delay before you see the pictures in the photo galleries. If you sense that the page load is taking to long, refresh the webpage. If you are using a dialup connection, you may experience a partial or stalled gallery load.

PARTIAL WEBPAGE LOADS
Our website was design for optimal veiwing in internet explorer and using a high speed internet connection. There may be noticable layout differences in other browsers. You may experience partial or minimal page loads if you are using a dialup connection.

VEIWING FLASH SITE FEATURES
You must have flash player installed on your computer to view many of the features on our website. Flash based coding will generally produce an active x or other error, if you are viewing this site on a machine that is not properly updated. If you encounter any such errors, please check your browser settings or update your flash player.

CONNECTING TO FUNKY PEOPLE RADIO . NET
Although not required low speed connections may not connect properly to the webcast stream. A high speed internet connection is definitely recommended. If you are experiencing buffer delays, your connection may be too slow or interent congestion is affecting your access.

First click the "Listen to Music Here" link. A music player window should open and begin streaming the audio within 30-60 secs. If you do not hear any sound or the player box fails to load properly, there may be one or more reasons affecting the functionality of this player. Network issues or an offline status by our stream provider, active x and pop-up blocker settings in your web browser or firewall rules at your location may be the cause. You should then click on the "Launch your default audio player" link to use the audio/music player that resides on your computer.

In most cases, your default audio player has been configured to bypass firewalled ports and allow direct audio streaming. If you still have difficulty at this point, try diasabling any pop-up blockers and clearing the cache on your system, then try again to launch the players. If use non-windows browser or player, you may need to install the necessary plug-ins. Macintosh users must use a MAC compatible Windows Media Player to hear the audio stream.
